Ghost Grendel und Ghost Hand schlagen Norns - gehören also zum Sortiment der Torture-Agenten, ebenso wie Sad und War, die Norns traurig bzw. wütend machen. Red Cross hält Norns gesund, Happy macht sie glücklich und Peace stimmt sie friedlich. Bis auf Ghost Grendel und Ghost Hand, die nach dem Einfügen dauerhaft aktiviert bleiben, lassen sich alle anderen Agenten ein- und ausschalten.
